Application of the photopolymerization process has the following advantages: very rapid, low maintenance, and providing high quality products in pressure sensitive adhesive industry. In this study, the acrylic copolymers were synthesized by photopolymerization process. The influence of various polymerization parameters (e.g., initiator, type and concentration of initiator, solvent and UV exposure time) on the properties (e.g., molecular weight and Molecular weight distributions, conversion, stability, etc.) of the acrylic copolymers has been investigated. |
