제목 Cell study on a 3D porous membrane prepared by the amphiphilic graft copolymer/polymer blends
초록 Controlling biofilm formation is highly important for many applications including biosensing technology. We have synthesized amphiphilic graft copolymers and prepared thin films which have the ability to create nano-porous filmsby either microphase separation or selective dissolution. The nanoporous films was further functionalized with additional coating by layer-by-layer process for the control of their wettability, surface morphology and bio-adhesiveness. Epithelial and neuronal cells were cultured on these pseudo 3D porous materials and compared with other gel materials. This technique can be used to create antifouling membranes with selective cellular interactive membrane reactors.
