Li ion batteries (LIBs) are excellent energy storage and conversion device due to high energy density for electric vehicles (EVs). However, safety issue have to be solved before applying EVs. Most of cases, safety issues are occurred because of electrolyte which have liquid phase. So, we suggest new type of solid state electrolyte based on cross-linked polymer and ionic liquid. Cross-linked polymer is used for maintain the solid phase and ionic liquid is used for ion conductive medium. Ionic liquid also donate decreasing glass transition temperature of cross-linked polymer. Ionic conductivity of prepared solid electrolyte is 0.06 mS/cm and capacity is 62 mAh/g at 0.2C with half-cell at room temperature. |
