제목 Liquid-Liquid Equilibrium (LLE) for the binary systems Di-isopropyl Ether (DIPE) + Ionic Liquids and the ternary systems Di-isopropyl Ether (DIPE) + water + Ionic Liquids at 298.15 K
초록 Fuel oxygenates raise gasoline combustion temperatures and lowers the levels of carbon monoxide and unburned hydrocarbons in auto exhaust. Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) by far dominates the gasoline additive market, but contamination of groundwater of this ether increases the interest in heavier ethers. DIPE could be a suitable gasoline additive. In this work, we report LLE data for binary systems DIPE + imidazolium based ionic liquids (ILs) from 293.15K to 313.15K and for the ternary systems DIPE + water + same ILs at 298.15 K.
