제목 Fabrication and evaluation of UV-curable materials for protective film and 3D Printing
초록 Nowdays, semiconductor industries are booming, and the OLED industry has been growing in the display sector. Various processes have been introduced and changed in order to improve the yield and productivity in accordance with technological developments. In the case of the protective film used for these processes, the change of the Peel strength is required according to various conditions. In this study, the pressure sensitive adhesive resin for protective film, which is affected by external environment, was prepared and evaluated.
