Enzymatic conjugated chitosan derivatives with biocompatibility and highly adhesion to tissue |
초록 |
There has been many challenges to develop adhesives with superior performance. For both biocompatibility and high adhesion to tissue, chitosan based matrices was fabricated via conjugation with catechol groups. Further, we balanced the adhesive and cohesive forces by varying cross-linking via pH and oxidizing the catechol. The physico-chemical properties, tissue adhesion force, cell toxicity and blood compatibility were investigated. Our results suggest that chitosan derivatives balanced strengths are promising for use as medical devices. |
