Nanorods were widely used in hybrid systems for Electronics, Optoelectronics, Bioelectronics, Photovoltaic cells, Biosensors. We demonstrated that multi-block Nanorods consisting of the Au, nickel, and polypyrrole were prepared by the pores of anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) template. The influences of the multi-block nanorod(Au/Ni/Au/Ppy) with different length of Ppy embedded polymer nanofibers on the optical properties. We have investigated multi-block nanorod(Au/Ni/Au/Ppy) embedded polymer nanofibers and evaluated their potential use in optical sensing. The resulting multi-block nanorod(Au/Ni/Au/Ppy) within polymer nanofiber matrix were characterized by UV-vis Spectrometer, FT-Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Optical Microscope (OM), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA). |
