A New Class D-A type Copolymer for Organic Field Effect Transistor (OFET) Applications |
초록 |
Polymer based organic field effect transistors (OFETs) are promising technology for light-weight, low-cost, mechanical strength and flexible electronic applications. Solution processible OFETs, which based on polymers have attracted much interest in recent years. In this study, we designed and synthesized a new D-A type copolymer by Stille-coupling polymerization. This polymer showed high thermal stability and good solubility in organic solvents. The electrical performance of this polymer in OFETs were measured, before and after annealing. |
