| 제목 | Control of flow rate in microreactor made of Allylhydrocarbonsilane under electroosmotic and electrophoretic flow |
| 초록 | Many kinds of materials such as silicon, quartz, glass have been used to construct micro reactors. The most important thing on selecting materials is the characterization of channel like possibility of synthesis, bio compatability, electro kinetic pumping. In this study, we can observe possibility of electroosmotic flow(EOF) system and control of flow rate depending on voltage using PS particle for reaction within microreactor made of preceramic polymer. |
