제목 Preparation of Carbon/Manganese Hybrid Nanofiber Web by Electrospinning and Application of Supercapacitor
초록 The PAN/MnO2 fiber web was prepared by an electrospinning technique to use the mixed solution of both polyacrylonitrile (PAN) in N,N–dimethylformamide (DMF) and manganese dioxide (MnO2). The PAN/MnO2 electrospun fiber web was synthesized by activating at 800℃ in steam atmosphere. The physical properties of the carbon/MnO2 hybrid nanofiber web was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX). The carbon/Mn hybrid nanofiber web was used as the electrodes of supercapacitor, and the cell was composed of two hybrid nanofiber web, 6 M KOH electrolyte solution, polypropylene separator, current collector of stainless steel. The specific capacitances of pure carbon is 140 F/g, while that of 20 wt% MnO2/carbon hybrid nanofiber web electrodes increases up to 318 F/g. The addition of MnO2 leads to both electrochemical doble layer and pseudocapacitance.
