제목 | Thermal, mechanical and fire-proof properties of inorganic fibers or expandable graphite/silicone rubber composites by ceramization |
초록 | Introduction Fire-proof fillers has attracted a great deal of interest as reinforcing material for fire-proof performance with silicone rubber. In this study, Mineral fiber(MF), Glass fiber(GF), or EG/silicone rubber(SR) composites were analyzed for thermal, mechanical, and insulation properties. It was confirmed that GF/SR composites have better fire-proof performance than MF/SR composites through gas torch flame test, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). MF/SR composite that can be effectively dispersed in silicone rubber shows great mechanical properties through SEM, UTM. Also, It was confirmed that MF,EG/SR composites have better fire-proof performance than MF/SR composites through gas torch flame test.
