Immobilization of carbonic anhydrase-gold nanoparticle on mesoporous silica: Its nanobiocatalytic activity for hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate |
초록 |
Ultra-large mesoporous silica materials were synthesized with the use of triblock copolymers P123 and TMB under acidic conditions and characterized by XRD, BET, Si NMR, FESEM, HRTEM and Zeta potential. The mesoporous silica was chemically modified with SH, -NH2 and CN group to implant gold nanoparticles for immobilization of carbonic anhydrase (CA). Importantly, here the quantity of adsorbed CA is enhanced by immobilization over the positive charge gold nanoparticle. The nanobiocatalytic activity of this CA was performed towards the hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate. The pH, temperature, reusability and storage stability of this nanobiocatalyst is well applauded. |
