제목 Optimization of TiO2 Electrode for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 The preparation of nanocrystalline TiO2 electrode based on a sol-gel method with surfactant-assisted mechanism, and its application for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) were reported. The effects of TiO2 composition and their film thickness on the performances of DSSC were investigated. The DSSC device fabricated by 9~12 μm of TiO2 electrode as a working electrode showed 10 mA/cm2 of the short-circuit photocurrent, 720 mV of the open-circuit voltage, and 4.3 % of the conversion efficiency with 0.25 cm2 of active area under AM 1.5, 100 mW/cm2, respectively.
