All-water-based solution processed transparent nano-mesh conductors and electrocatalytic films |

We report a new approach for fabricating robust silver mesh without using hazardous organic solvents is achieved by combining colloidal deposition and silver enhancement steps. The adhesion of the metal mesh was greatly improved by introducing an intermediate adhesion layer. Various patterns were fabricated with a minimum feature size of 700 nm, resulting in high optical transmittance and high conductivity of the metal mesh. In addition, we present a simple and controllable fabrication method for Ag electrocatalytic films using all-water-based solution processes via a seed-meditated metal growth technique. Varying the deposition conditions allows the N/S doping ratio in Ag films with high coverage and good adhesion to be easily controlled. |
