제목 | Solid phase synthesis of tri-peptide derivatives of ascorbic acid as tyrosinse inhibitor |
초록 | Kojic acid has been used as a whitening agent in the cosmetics and food industry because of its tyrosinase inhibitory acivity. However, kojic acid is not stable enough for broad application. Furthermore, it has been reported recently that kojic acid may not be safe. Previously, we had attempted to synthesize peptide-kojic acid conjugates, which was assumed to have longer storage stability, lower toxicity, and improved tyrosinase inhibitory activity. In similar purpose, we had prepared peptide-ascorbic acid libraries by solid-phase method and screened for tyrosinase inhibitory activity. For this, we tried to modify ascorbic acid which was known to be very safe and attract attention as one of the mew whitening agents recently. We confirmed tri-peptide derivatives of ascorbic acid were improved the tyrosinase inhibition ability. |
