제목 Preparation and Characterization of Poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) / N-isopropylacrylamide Nanogels Using γ-ray Irradiation
초록 Temperature-responsive particles with a submicrometer size range have found wide application in the fields of life science and technology, such as controlled release drug delivery, degradable medical materials, ect. Poly(vinylpyrrolidone-co-N-isopropylacrylamide), P(VP-co-NIPAAm) nanogels with diameter of 50-200nm were prepared from PVP and N-isopropylacrylamide monomer by 60Co γ-ray irradiation in the absence of initiator, crosslinking agent and surfactant. The prepared nanogels were characterized mainly by SEM and 1H NMR.
