제목 Synthesis and characterization of CNT-ICP nanocomposite thin films with improved conductivity
초록 MWCNT have shown remarkable electrical, optical, chemical and mechanical properties. However, owing to the rigidity, chemical inertness, and strong π-π interactions of nanotubes, pure MWCNTs cannot be processed, as they are difficult to dissolve or disperse in common organic solvents or polymeric matrices. In this work, we fabricated MWCNT thin films by inserting method conducting polymers using vapor phase polymerization in MWCNT network. The conductive polymer was filled as a matrix material between the MWCNT networks by self-organization of the monomer, and finally CNT-ICP nanocomposite films are obtained. The conductivity of CNT-ICP nanocomposite films are largely increased than that of MWCNT itself. The mechanism was presented by FT-IR and the characterization of the composite film was established by TEM, XRD, TGA, and IR/Raman spectroscopic analysis.
