초록 | Photo and temperature responsive polymer microgels can be prepared by firstly preparating of thestimuli-sensitive emulsions. We conducted this synthesis under high temperature and then purify by ether precipitation. The microgel was designed by the polymerization of HEA (2-hydroxyethyl acrylate) and AC (acrylic coumarin) with the molar ratio of 99:1, 90:10, 80:20. This polymer was then used to prepare the water in oil (w/o) emulsion. Due to the dimerization of coumarin under the UV irradiation at the wavelength of 365nm, the polymers would be cross-linked to larger molecule which would result of the synthesis of microgels. On the other hand, the copolymerization of HEA with relatively hydrophobic monomers (such as the AC here or butyl acrylate) results in copolymers exhibiting temperature-responsive properties. And so on, this microgel can be used as a temperature-responsive carried for drugs which would cross-link in high temperature and broke at low temperature. |
