We fabricated a hybrid material that consisted MoS2-Organic crystals and studied optical properties of hybrid material. In this study, we observed that Organic molecules were selectively crystallized on the surface of MoS2 that mechanically exfoliated on substrate. Optical properties of hybrid materials were measured using various optical measurement methods. The change of photoluminescence(PL) intensity and region of the hybrid material was observed by confocal micro scope. Time-resolved PL spectrum and image of hybrid materials are measured using time-resolved fluorescence confocal microscope. TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), XPS (X-Ray Photoelectron Microscope), and Raman analysis were used to validate the structural characteristics of the hybrid materials. |
