제목 Studies on the activation energies of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films by sulfurization of simultaneous co-sputtering precursor
초록  

 The Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were prepared by sulfurization of precursor thin films. The 1000 nm thick precursor thin films were deposited on glass substrate by simultaneous co-sputtering system using Cu, SnS2 and ZnS targets at room temperature. The co-sputtering deposited precursor thin films were sulfurized using the furnace system in the mixed N2 (95%) +H2S (5%) atmosphere at 600 oC for 1 hour. Effect of different compositional ratios on the activation energy and their properties of CZTS thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction, FE-SEM, Energy dispersive X-ray, UV-Vis spectrometer and Hall measurement. I-V values were obtained in the temperature range from 30K to 500K and activation energy could be found by calculating Arrhenius equations from resistance-temperature (R-T) profiles of four kinds of the compositional ratios. We will discuss the activation energy and their properties of CZTS thin films with different compositional ratio.
