제목 | Studies on the activation energies of Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films by sulfurization of simultaneous co-sputtering precursor |
초록 | The Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were prepared by sulfurization of precursor thin films. The 1000 nm thick precursor thin films were deposited on glass substrate by simultaneous co-sputtering system using Cu, SnS2 and ZnS targets at room temperature. The co-sputtering deposited precursor thin films were sulfurized using the furnace system in the mixed N2 (95%) +H2S (5%) atmosphere at 600 oC for 1 hour. Effect of different compositional ratios on the activation energy and their properties of CZTS thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction, FE-SEM, Energy dispersive X-ray, UV-Vis spectrometer and Hall measurement. I-V values were obtained in the temperature range from 30K to 500K and activation energy could be found by calculating Arrhenius equations from resistance-temperature (R-T) profiles of four kinds of the compositional ratios. We will discuss the activation energy and their properties of CZTS thin films with different compositional ratio. |
