제목 Molecularly Imprinted Polymers for Chromatographic Separation
초록 Molecularly imprinted polymers following different non-covalent approach such as bulk polymerization and in-situ therm-initiated copolymerization process were synthesized and compared using different template, methacryclic acid /acrylamide as monomers and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate/trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as cross-linkers. Morphological characteristics, binding capability, and chromatographic characteristic of the obtained MIPs were evaluated and the results revealed that the obtained polymers have high affinity and selectivity for template molecule and its analogues both in nonpolar and aqueous system.
