Graphene thin film is attracting attentions of scientists due to the advantages such as excellent electrical and strong mechanical and electromagnetic interference properties. Many studies for preparing the graphene oxide film has been reported by introducing various functional group or organic molecules onto the graphene oxide surface. Recently, Diels-Alder reactions between graphene and organic molecules were investigated for the surface of graphenes. In this paper, graphene thin film prepared by Diels-Alder reaction with 1,4-diethynylbenzene was studied experimentally. Graphene prepared by sonication and centrifugation of natural graphite in dimethyl formamide. Graphene thin film was analyzed employing AFM, FE-SEM, Raman scattering, and XRD pattern. |
