제목 Ag-TiO2 spreaded Nylon 6 Composite Nanofiber Non-woven Fabric for Protective Clothing against Chemical Warfare Agent
초록 Chemicals used in military conflicts are called chemical warfare agents (CWAs) including blister agents such as distilled mustard (HD) and lewisite (L), and nerve agents such as Tabun (GA), Sarin (GB), Soman (GD), and VX. The objective in this work is to develop protective clothing materials; it is made of the composite nanofiber. The composite nanofiber was composed of Ag-loaded TiO2 (Ag-TiO2) coated onto Nylon 6 nanofiber. For preparation of Ag-TiO2 nanocomposite, AgNO3 and TiO2 were added in deionized water. This suspension, which was adjusted to a various pH, was stirred for 30 min. The suspension was irradiated with UV lamp under stirring for different time. For preparing Ag-TiO2 coated Nylon 6 composite nanofiber web, Nylon 6 nanofibers were electrospun from 10-20 wt% solution of Nylon 6 in formic acid. Ag-TiO2, which was dispersed sufficiently in methanol, was deposited onto Nylon 6 nanofibers by simultaneous electrospray during electrospinning at the optimal conditions.
