Practical Approach For Transparent Electrode With PEDOT:PSS By Treating Sulfuric Acid |

Conductive polymers materials has been achieved the significant progress on the high electrical conductivity and optical transparency. Especially, conducting polymers are finding increasing use in organic electronic and optoelectronic applications. Conductive PEDOT:PSS was well known many merits compared to other conducting polymers such as a high transparency in the visible range, thermal stability and it was possible to process in aqueous solution but conductivity exhibited very low 0.2 S cm-1. To enhance the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS film have been investigated the various techniques such as addition of polar organic solvent, inorganic acid, various nanoparticles, ionic liquid, and post-treatment of PEDOT:PSS film. In this paper, we investigated the conductivity enhancement and optical properties as well as their lifetime stability on PEDOT:PSS films by mixing process the sulphuric acid as dopant and melamine resin. As a results, the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS film increased by approximately three orders of magnitude compared to pristine film and their lifetime stability was confirmed as a function of time. |
