제목 Defective MOF-801(Zr): Heterogeneous Catalysts for Chemical Fixation of CO2
초록 Recently some heterogeneous catalysts based on defective metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have attracted wide attention due to their controllable defect design in the synthesis step. Herein, two MOF-801(D) and MOF-801(P) were synthesized from zirconium precursors and fumaric acid as a ligand by solvothermal method using a modulation approach method. They were characterized by using various physico-chemical analysis. Master model isotherms imitating the experiment data of MOF-801(D) and MOF-801(P) were developed from the linear programming and their adsorptive behaviors are compared with the experiment result. Furthermore, the pore size distribution (PSD) based on the master models and experiment isotherms were analyzed by NL-DFT method. They showed a high conversion of epoxide with >99% selectivity toward cyclic carbonate at mild and solvent-less reaction conditions. In addition, a plausible reaction mechanism for the defective MOF-801(D) catalyzed cycloaddition reaction is proposed based on the experimental results.
