In recently, the attention of depression, insomnia and bipolar disorder by the stress of the highly developed society is increasing rapidly. For this reason the research that extract beneficial component to mental health from the natural objects is in progress. Especially falvonoid which is pigment of yellow color in green tea, new green and thsitle is known as protecting the brain from the stress. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find the optimal hot water extraction conditions of flavonoid that has various variables like amount of powder, temperature , heating time , the solvent concentration. Also we quantified this results to be used as base materials in the relevant field. |
