제목 Molecular cohesive energy prediction of bioantioxidants by functional group contribution method
초록 Available bioantioxidants are extracted from the natural phase plant,its seeds, rootand leaves, then extracting rate and yield are affected by the solubility of each components for extraction solvents. To predict the solubility of bioantioxidants for solvents the molecular interaction was predicted by group contribution method. The molecular interactions were composed of dispersive, polar and hydrogen bonding effects. And the molecular cohesive energy indirectly was presented in the vaporization enthalpy of bioantioxidants. The vaporization enthalpy was experimentally measured with the differential scanning calorimeter.
