제목 Development of graphene-inorganic-organic hybrid materials for improvement of physical properties
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid materials were widely used in coating industry during the last decade due to good hardness with slightly improving flexibility. However, these materials have poor impact resistance. Therefore, we newly introduce graphene-inorganic-organic hybrid materials (Si/GO) to improve physical properties such as impact resistance, flexibility and conductivity through a reaction of amine functionalized silane and graphene oxide. Because the graphene has organic-inorganic hybrid properties. The amine functionalized silane is reacted with carboxylic and epoxy of graphene oxide sheet. As a result, two kind of monomer with different properties was formed and then these monomers were grown by oligomer as a coating additives. To check hardness of Si/GO, we carried out pencil test. Moreover, the flexibility and conductivity were checked by impact tester and multi-meter. We expected that Si/GO will be used not only coating industry but also electric component as semiconductor.
