Preparation of electrospun SnO2-embedded porous carbon nanofibers as an anode material for lithium ion battery |
초록 |
The SnO2-embedded porous carbon nanofibers for anode of lithium ion battery were prepared by electrospinning method and using SiO2 sphere template. The mesopores formed by etching SiO2 nanoparticles using NaOH enable electrochemical performance to increase, due to i) the promotion of ion transfer by easily approaching lithium ions to SnO2 nanoparticles embedded in fully interconnected mesoporous structuresandii) the increase of electrochemical sites by high porosity and large specific surface area formed by fully interconnected pore structures. As a result, the SnO2-embedded porous carbon nanofibers shows high capacity and excellent cyclic retention. |
