제목 Blue Organic Light Emitting Diodes based onThermally Activated Delayed Fluorescent with Long Lifetime by Management ofPolaron and Hot Exciton​
초록 Blue organic light emitting diodes usingthermally activated delayed fluorescence was developed to achieve a longlifetime by having coupled effects of polaron dispersion and hot excitonrelaxation. We observed that the device composed with Ir(cb)3phosphor doped in the emitting layer of TADF based OLED with 5CzCN showsdramatically improved operational lifetime of the device at 1, 3 wt.% dopingconcentration of Ir(cb)3 by improving device stability through managementof charge balance and hot exciton. Additionally, the extended device lifetimeof Ir(cb)3 doped 5CzCN TADF devices by almost twice due to the introductionof additional doping of extra dopant also exhibited the enhanced externalquantum efficiency (EQE) without any change of the emission spectrum.
