Conductive polymers can be used in electrostatic dissipative, alternative ITO, e-painting, transparent conductive film, and so on because conductive polymers can conduct electricity. But they have limited conducting level. In this study, we improved the electric and thermal conductivity of poly(pyrrol) (PPy) and Poly(aniline) (PANI) by incorporating the graphite nano sheets which have excellent electric and thermal conductivity like CNT. It is important technical element to control dispersibility for precise electric conductivity. We achieved good dispersibility of graphite nano-sheets incorporated polymer via heterocoagulation method. We look forward to apply graphite nano sheet/conductive polymer composite to various regions. |
