Using of solar light as unlimited energy resource has been attracted increasing interest, especially, solar cells that convert the solar energy into electrical energy. Among them, the inverted organic photovoltaics (IOPVs) using organic polymer materials are cost-effective and can apply to flexible substrates. In general, three-dimensional (3D) nano-structures and cation-doped Zinc Oxide buffer layer have been used improving the electron collection and conductivity. In this study, we fabricated inverted organic photovoltaics (IOPVs) using low-temperature processed three-dimensional (3D) nano-structures and anion doping process have enhanced electron collection and conductivity. In order to improve the electron collection ability, the ZnO nano-structure was modified by controlled of chlorine concentration, in particular, 0.5 wt% chlorine doped ZnO was shown the best power conversion efficiency (PCE). |
