| 제목 | Effect of the various pretreatment on the properties of the meso-fibers originated from the Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) fruit. |
| 초록 | Mahkota Dewa (Phaleria macrocarpa) is originally from the Papua island and one of the major herb medicine resources in Indonesia. Mahkota Dewa fruit have various bio-active compounds including flavonoid, flavonol and phenolic compounds which could contribute to the excellent anti oxidant activity. The inner part of the Mahkota Dewa fruits are composed of the meso fibers which could be new source of functional fibers. In this study, the meso fiber of the Mahkota Dewa fruits were evaluated. The pretreatments by using hot water extraction and solvent soaking with NaOH, H2SO4 and toluene were done to modify the fibers surface for increasing the usability. 사 사 본 연구는 산림청 ‘산림과학기술개발사업 (과제번호: S111212L070100)’의 지원에 의하여 이루어진 것입니다. |
