제목 Fabrication of Polymer Electrolytes Supported by a Microporous PE Separator with a Dip-coating and an Electron Beam Irradiation for a Lithium Polymer Battery
초록 Polymer-coated separator was prepared by dip-coating PVDF-HFP/PEGDMA (10/0, 9/1, and 8/2) solution on polyethylene (PE) separator and subsequent electron beam irradiation. During the dip-coating process, the relative humidity level was controlled within 50% to induce phase inversion. The morphological and electrochemical properties were strongly affected by the relative humidity in the environment, the concentration of the polymer solution, and also electron beam absorption dose. The polymer-coated separator was activated by soaking in an electrolyte solution. The activated polymer-coated separator exhibited high ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability.
