제목 Articular Cartilage Regeneration Using PLGA Scaffold Penetrated Hyaluronic Acid Solution, in vivo
초록 Adult articular cartilage tissue has difficult self-renewal. Therefore, tissue engineering approach are decided by the clinical trial to regenerate repair. PLGA and hyaluronic acid have biodegradability and biocompatibility. The HA/PLGA scaffold were prepared by simple method that PLGA scaffolds manufactured by solvent casting/salt leaching method soaked in hyaluronic acid solution. The chondrobytes were seeded on the HA-PLGA scaffolds Through SEM was confirmed that HA solution was put into the pores of PLGA scaffold. Biological assay for collagen and sGAG, and PCR were performed. The HA/PLGA were cell viability higher then only PLGA scaffolds. This reserch was supported by SCRC(SC4110) and WCU(R31-20029)
