The research about A1-D-A2-D conjugated terpolymer system has been progressed until now due to fine tunability of the energy levels, relatively broad coverage of the spectral ranges than its constituent parts and enhanced photovoltaic performance. However, A1-D-A2-D regular terpolymer system has not often been reported than random terpolymer. In this study, we designed and synthesized A1-D-A2-D conjugated regular terpolymers bearing diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP), isoindigo (IID) and thienoisoindigo (TID) groups. We observed the different properties of terpolymers through the comparative analysis. Thermal analysis, cyclic voltammetry, absorption spectroscopy were conducted to investigate their physical properties. Eventually, we fabricated electronic devices to compare their different semiconducting properties. |
