제목 Preparations of TiO2 Nanoparticles for Light Scattering Layer on Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells
초록 The mixture of submicron-sized particle with nanocrystalline TiO2 or a bilayer structure consisting of light scattering layer and nanocrystalline semitransparent TiO2 layer can improve photocurrent density. We have prepared the TiO2 paste solution for light scattering layer, using sol-gel method with a mixture of two different sizes of 20 nm and 123 nm TiO2 particles. The DSSC device using light scattering layer showed 6.9 % of the conversion efficiency with 0.25 cm2 of active area, under AM 1.5.
