제목 Highly Ordered Organic/Inorganic Multilayer Thin Films
초록 We have demonstrated that the well-organized multilayer films based on electrostatic attraction could be produced in a very short time using a spin self-assembly (SA) method. In this study, organic/inorganic thin films composed of poly-4-vinylpyridine (P4VP) and cadmium selenide (CdSe) were prepared with a spin SA method and it was found by X-ray reflectivity that the hydrogen bonding interaction between P4VP and CdSe could also be used to assemble ordered multilayer structure. The structure of multilayer thin films is dependent on both solvent dissolving PVP (i.e. dimethylformamaid or methyl alcohol) and temperature. In in-situ X-ray reflectivity experiment, the multilayer structures becomes more ordered with increasing temperatures up to 170°C. On further heating, however, the multilayer thin films to lose ordered structure and finally the fully collapsed structures are observed around 300°C.
