Effects of Ru dye on the photovoltaic properties of P3HT:PCBM blend. |

Recently, Organic solar cell based on poly(3-hexythiophene) (P3HT) and methano- fullerene (PCBM) blend is paid much attention. The device structure consists of ITO/buffer/P3HT:PCBM/Al. We have studied dye-sensitizing effects of Ru-dye with P3HT:PCBM blend. We observed I-V characteristics of an ITO/P3HT:PCBM/Al device and blend cell surface by AFM (atomic force microscope) due to morphology which is important factor in the diode for the organic solar cell. It is expected that the solar cell efficiency would be increased by adding Ru-dye. |
