제목 Copolymerization of Benzyl methacrylate and Trimethylsilyl methacrylate using PEO-macro initiaor via Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization
초록 The well-defined copolymer of benzyl methacrylate(BMA) and trimethylsilyl methacrylate(TMSMA) was synthesized by the atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) with PEO as a macro-initiator and CuBr/bpy as a catalyst system. ATRP was proceeded to controll the molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution, and the functionality. The structure and the composition of the copolymers have been characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight and the MWD of their copolymer have been analyzed by gel-permeation chromatography (GPC).
