제목 Receptor-integrated field effect transistor (FET) assay for biocide detection
초록 Many people have suffered from lung-related diseases because of the biocides in living chemical products, so their critical problems have been recently issued. To detect biocides in the products, researchers have developed various methodologies such as chemiresistors, cyclic voltammetry and so on, but they showed a limitation because of a trace of biocides. Therefore, development of high-performance biocide detectors still remains as challenge. In the study, we developed field effect transistor (FET) using monolayer graphene and chemical/bio receptors, it confirmed a real-time response in a various biocide concentrations. The receptor based FET sensors showed excellent specificity and high sensitivity for target molecules. Our receptor based FET sensors can provide potential applications in the field of the biocide detection in less time.
