Synthesis and characterization of magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles for medical application |
초록 |
Magnetic iron oxide nanoparticles exhibit many interesting properties that can be exploited in a variety of applications, especially, in biology and medicine. In this study, iron oxide nanoparticles were prepared in aqueous solution using NH4OH as precipitating agent. Particle size was controlled by the successive particle growth using the synthesized iron oxide nanoparticles as the seeds. The nucleation and growth of iron oxide nanoparticles were analyzed systematically by ELS and TEM. The properties of the magnetic nanoparticles were characterized by the measurements of FT-IR, XRD and VSM. |
