제목 Graphene Oxide/Metal Nanohybrids for Optical Detection of Neurotransmitters
초록 We developed the nanohybrid optical biosensor consisting of graphene oxide (GO) and metal complexes for the selective detection of neurotransmitters including ATP, glutamic acid, dopamine, and norepinephrine. The developed GO nanohybrids showed intense and photo-stable photoluminescence (PL) in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum. The fluorescence of the GO nanohybrids exhibited the different responses to the neurotansmitters, in particular, their fluorescence significantly increased upon addition of norepinephrine at nanomolar concentrations. The GO nanohybrid was successfully applied to the selective detection of norepinephrine secreted from living cells through its turn-on fluorescence.
