Stromal Vascular Fraction delivery in biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold loaded with hyaluronic acid-gelatin for enhanced bone regeneration |
초록 |
The low survival rate of scaffold-seeded cells remain a challenge in stem cell-based bone regeneration. Adipose tissue is an abundant and easily accessible source of stem cells. Stromal Vascular Fraction(SVF) can be harvested through minimally invasive. And SVF contain adipose derived stem cells that can induce osteogenic differentiation. In this study, the capability of biphasic calcium phosphate ceramic scaffold loaded with hyaluronic acid-gelatin hydrogel to serve as SVFs carrier was evaluated under dynamic conditions. SVFs were seeded in the scaffolds and cultured. Cell viability of SVFs was analyzed. Protein expressions of ALP, OPN and OCN was determined through immuno-cytochemical analysis. The study suggest that the biphasic calcium phosphate scaffold with hyaluronic acid-gelatin support and enhance osteogenic differentiation of SVF and have high potential for bone regeneration application. |
