Fabrication and Characterization of Photoluminescent Silicon Nanoparticles |
초록 |
Photoluminescent silicon nanoparticles have been synthesized from the surface derivatization onto porous silicon with methylvinyltetraphenylsilole. Their optical characteristics have been investigated. Photoluminescent silicon nanoparticles have been characterized by FTIR, UV-vis absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Silole-derivatized silicon nanoparticles exhibit an emission band at 380nm with excitation wavelength of 292nm. Silole-derivatized silicon nanoparticles have been used for detecting chemicals.
