제목 Low-temperature processible organic gate insulator with photoreactivity for organic thin film transistor
초록 We have designed new soluble and low-temperature processible polyimide containing photofunctional group as an organic gate insulator. We have synthesized polyimide through the one-step condensation polymerization. And then photosensitive polyimide was synthesized from polyimide and cinnamoyl chloride. The pentacene organic thin film transistor was fabricated with spin-coated polyimide gate dielectric layer. Thin films of polyimide can be fabricated at only 150 ℃ and cross-linked polyimide thin film exhibited excellent insulating property (leakage current density <10-11 A/cm2). The device exhibited a carrier mobility of 0.11 cm2/Vs, an on/off current ratio of about 106 , and a subthreshold slope of 1.44 V/decade.
