제목 Novel Photo Cross-Linkable Hole Transporting Material for Solution Processed Multilayer Organic Light Emitting Diodes.
초록 A novel photo cross-linkable co-polymer as hole transporting layer (HTL) based on poly(triphenylamine) has been synthesized and characterized to realize multilayer organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) by solution process. The HTL was spin-coated and then cross-linked to achieve solvent-resistant thin films by portable UV ramp (1.9mW/cm2) for 5min. After photo-crosslinking, solution processed multilayer OLEDs were prepared that showed excellent device performance.
