제목 Demineralized Bone Particle Impregnated PLGA Scaffoldsand Osteogenic Differentiation of BMSCs for Tissue Engineered Bone in vitro Study
초록 Poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA 50:50, Mw; 110000 g/mole) scaffolds have been utilized for the regeneration of various tissues and organs including bone formation.
In this study, bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) were demonstrated the mechanism of osteogenic differentiation onto demineralized bone particle impregnated PLGA (DBP/PLGA) scaffolds. We studied the role of BMSCs reconstituted DBP/PLGA scaffolds in vitro during 3, 4, and 6 weeks. Differential cell morphology was observed by H&E staining and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Specific characteristics of osteoblasts were used to assess osteogenic differentiation with von Kossa staining and alkaline phosphate activity.
