Physical and mechanical properties of the flexible polyurethane foam |
| 초록 |
The physical and mechanical properties of the flexible polyurethane (PU) foam has been studied by varying the reaction catalysts. The PU foam was prepared using the reactants of polyether polyol and modified isocyanate with the isocyanate index value of 100. The morphology and number of open cells of the PU foam was analyzed with scanning electron microscopy. The mechanical properties were analyzed with thermal conductivity measurement and dynamic mechanical analysis. The PU foam having various density and cell size was prepared following the Box-Behnken experimental design for reaction catalysts. |
