제목 Synthesis of Chemically Modified Antifungal-1,3-Diazole-β-Chitosan Derivatives
초록 1,3-Diazole system derivatives of aspartyl-β-chitosan are interesting biopolymers with constantly increasing number of applications in variety of fields. Contained of azole chitosan derivatives were synthesised by reaction of a series of cis-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1H-triazole-1-ylmethyl)-1,3-dioxolane-4-yl]methyl]methanesulfon-ate with modified of (partially contained of aspartyl amino-β-chitosan, monoglucosamine derivatives) to give a fully substituted derivatives. The resulting substituted chitosan was characterized by solubility in polar solvent, with enabled facile preparation of chitosan solution. We considered chitosan derivatives were examined by IR, NMR spectrophotometer in combination with a physical properties.
